I did spend over $25 and tried to ship to store for free but it still charges $3.95 for shipping. Not sure where you are getting that over $25 ships for free?

Last time I placed an order, over $25, charged $3.95 shipping for ship to store. Called Customer Service, and new policy from earlier this year, is now $3.95 ship to store. Very bummed, as I have done the free ship to store for years.
Well shoot, I hate paying shipping and only use JCP ship to store once or twice a year but still a bummer.
I always use free in store pick up that is available for same day items. They will hold your items for up to 7 days before they cancel.
