I have this TV and I’m not so crazy about it. The picture is nice and the sound is pretty good. It doesn’t have Amazon or Hulu on it and there’s no way to add them, unless you get something like Roku or Firestick to use instead. Another problem is for some reason on this TV, about every 3rd time we go on Netflix it says the app is having problems logging on. I have found that the only thing to fix this is to reset the app and log back in. Every 3 or 4 times. It’s very inconvenient. So if you’re getting this for the “smart” part you will be disappointed. Otherwise, use some other media player with it and it will be fine.
I got this last night! Saw a model working in the store. I was very impressed with the picture quality and all the apps! Going to set it up this morning! I’ll let you know more then. By the way this same exact tv was “on sale” @ Walmart for &100.00 more and they would not price match! Oh well their loss, Best Buy’s gain.
Thanks for the feedback! I’m more looking for the quality of the 4K but my husband would be upset if this constantly happens with the apps.
We purchased this brand TV in the 65” that was posted couple weeks ago. My review: we use it for regular tv watch and my kids like the YouTube app. Everything worked great up until a couple days ago when we started getting a box that says it has lost internet connection. We’ve tried resetting it many times but haven’t been successful getting rid of the message. I figure “oh well”. The tv itself was cheaper then buying a new tv that size without the bells and whistles so I really don’t mind. The picture quality is pretty amazing and the sound is great. I like how easy it is to use it.
