I live in Hawaii so I always keep one cooling in my refrigerator.
Trust me! I have tried everything on the market- and so far – this is one of the best.
It does not ever feel “wet” like a lot of other ones.
You do have to keep either moving it or you too keep it cool.
The cool only works for about 15 minutes before you have to either flip it or move your body to another section so that you have a new cool place that has not been warmed up by your body heat.
I hope this makes sense.
I would give it a 5 out of 5 stars. But so far, no one has come up with anything better than this – from what I have found.

YES!!! – we won’t travel without one – Wifes hot spells so bad she opens the windows in the winter – keep in fridge good all night!!!

Ive tried 2 different ones as i sleep very hot. They worked a couple times and that was it. Maybe just not a good fit for me, who knows, but i am done trying. Just a waste of money at this point
