I didn’t get one for my birthday. I wonder why. On July 1st all I got was an email saying “Happy birthday! Cheers to another year of sweet, stylish surprises” with a picture of a piece of cake. No coupon or anything else. I even just went back to look at it. Oh well!
I never got an email, but at the end of may i logged into my account and saw there was one expiring that day, i was pretty upset as i’ve recently moved and dont have one at my local mall, but had opportunities earlier that month to visit one if I would have known -_-
Their web form appears to be rejecting multiple email addresses I tried, both on Chrome and IE 🙁

I would love to sign up for their email club but it seems their website is having issues. I’ve tried to create an account and email customer service but the web page rejects each time. Maybe I should try on a desktop instead of mobile?
