The deals from Proozy always sound great, but I have not been impressed with the company at all. I have placed two orders and my card has been charged. Both orders had some inventory that was suddenly unavailable and instead of contacting me. I had to reach out (after two weeks) to see where the items were. I got a strange email back from a gmail account saying the stuff was out of stock. Luckily, they refunded one of my orders. Still trying to figure out when I’m going to get the next refund. I would not recommend ordering from Proozy. No flames please, I’m just sharing my experience for others. Sometimes when it’s too good to be true…good luck to those that have ordered. Hopefully, I’m the exception and not the rule, but I’ve been burned twice.
That sucks. On the other hand, I’ve had nothing but great luck with this company. Extremely prompt shipping.
My only bad experience was that I have received the incorrect items at times. Both times I ordered short sleeve shirts and received long sleeved ones. I ended up keeping them because it was too hard to return them and the original items were out of stock. However, I love the quality of everything that I have gotten.

I’ve had great luck with Proozy Customer Service and all the items I’ve purchased. Shipping has been prompt with the exception of one item; however, customer service reached out to me to exchange the item since the original was no longer available – once I agreed to the new item, the item was shipped right away. I ordered The North Face jacket and it arrived without tags, it’s the only thing I’ve ordered from there, so not very happy about that, I don’t know if everything they sell is without tags or if that was an exception… What about you ladies, Do your items arrive without tags? Is that the reason they can offer those deals?… just wondering
