Please do research before deciding to visit, their practices are heartbreaking.

I agree with you Steph SeaWorld is a cold hearted place I will never visit this place.

I agree! I highly recommend the documentary “Black Fish”. I’m a huge animal/creature lover so I was hesitant to watch it because I was afraid I’d be bawling for days but it was very well done and very informative.

Black Fish is a great documentary. I will never go to another Sea World and will definitely not support businesses when they advertise for them. The few animals they do “rescue” pale in comparison to the ones that are imprisoned in tiny unnatural pools and are separated from their families and die prematurely.

Thank you so much for posting! We are planning a trip there! Love Sea World! They’ve been a leading rescue organization in the world for a long time, but a lot of people don’t know that!

      You’re very welcome Carolyn!

Thank you. Love seaworld and so do my kids. They do good for animal research. I live in orlando and a sandhill crane was hit by a car few of us pulled over to try and get him help. We called bird rescues and sanctuaries and none could/would come out with out a proper appt. Seriously ?!?!?!?!? As last resort we called the bird (dept ?) At seaworld. Two nice men were there within 25 minutes and trapped the bird (humanely) and even gave us their name so we could follow up. The bird had broken his leg and within 11 weeks was transitioned back to the area. Big win in my book !!

Seaworld is just playing good cop bad cop but overall they kidnapped and take these wild animals from their home and families then place them in small tanks, starve them untill they perform there tricks for your entertainment… There are hundreds of incidents when these orcas/killer whales eats, bites and injures their trainers because they are so depressed and hungry…. That’s just like a buglar comes Into your home steals one of your kids and the rest is history…. these places should be shut down no thanks seaworld there are plenty of other options out there for my business.
