I shopped recently at a Forever 21 at the outlets in Orlando. What a disappointment. I had never shopped there before and would never shop there again. The store had tons and tons of stuff (clothes and shoes particularly) pig piled and messy. The stuff was beyond dated and the quality is so poor i was afraid if i touched stuff it was going to disintegrate !! The store itself was dirty too. As in dust and coffee stains on counters and displays. One display was literally held up by white masking tape. UGH… i would hope this isnt the norm but jeez, ill never know now LOL
I’ve been to F21 outlet in California and had a completely different experience. The store was neat and clean.
Hi, I’m sorry you experienced this.. But here in California it’s something opposite.. I’m not sure about the stuff quality, but the Environment is very nice and Clean just like Macy’s Dillards malls neat and clean.
The code gives me 50% off but not free shipping. I tried online and in app.
On the site I read that Free Shipping only applies to regular priced items. But you can choose free store pick-up.
