Same thing happened to me. Then I realized you have to “accept” their cookies first. After I accepted their cookies, it allowed me to complete the registration.

Did you select a “title” from the drop down menu? Without it, it wont allow you to register.

yeah — i tell myself it’s more like a “$10 off of $11 purchase” birthday reward.
at checkout, you click a box to apply reward, and if there is $11 of items in your cart, it seems to work easily. this has still been worth it to me, as i regularly use their stuff. it works out the best when a free shipping promo is going on!
Hi, I have a $10 birthday reward in my account but, I don’t see the box to apply the reward in the checkout. Can you please tell me where exactly is it located? I log into my Paypal already in the checkout. I’m at the “Review and Payment” step. The next step is confirmation. There still no sign of the $10 reward anywhere. I’m afraid to go to the next step and submit my order not knowing if they will charge me the original price without deducting my birthday reward.
