Can this del be used along with the 20% of entire purchase coupon received in the mail?
Yes it can ,I use it with the wallflower sale a couple days ago.
I don’t think it can because this one says you have to use the barcode in store for this price- the wallflowers were on sale without a coupon
If you are using a coupon from an email it CANNOT be combined with the 20% off coupon that you got in the mail.

Yep they do! From their website it says:
