Other issue: the product page as well as my home page shows that $5 kohls cash for every $25. But when I add it to cart, it shows $20 away from the next $5 kohls cash. It seems I need to add $50 worth of items to get $5 kohls cash. I donât have any other item in the cart. Just this one. đ
Ank- that is referring to what you would need to get an additional $5 KC. Once youâve met the threshold for KC it will show as earned all the way at the bottom of the cart near the order total.

I usually get it after I make a purchase whether itâs online or in store. You should try calling customer service and have your order number ready.

I purchased 3 of these last time you posted. I initially purchased one for my guest room and after I tested it out I purchased one for my bed.
