Visa Reward Cards from Kohl's Rebates

We ❤️ Kohl’s rebates!

One of the best times to purchase small appliances, cookware, rechargeable toothbrushes and more is whenever Kohl’s is offering up a mail-in rebate with purchase of qualifying items. You can score rock bottom prices on eligible rebate items, especially since you can usually apply coupons and promo codes to save even more, and often earn Kohl’s cash, too! 🤗

Need proof on how hot these rebate offers can be?! We recently posted a deal where you paid just $6.42 for THREE small Kitchen Appliances after rebate AND earned $10 Kohl’s Cash (no longer available).

I know rebates can seem intimidating, but Kohl’s rebates are actually really easy to take advantage of and there are several ways you can do so – by shopping online, in-store, or online with free in-store pickup.

Check out these details on what to do…

1. Shop Online:

If shopping online for Kohl’s rebate items, know that your package will come with a packing slip which acts as a normal receipt; however, a rebate form will not be included in the box. Be sure to visit Kohl’s.com to locate and print your rebate form – or you can even give Kohl’s a call and they’ll be happy to send a rebate form out to you!

Here’s what you’ll need to do…
  1. Shop online using online-only promo codes.
  2. Once you receive your item in the mail, cut the UPC barcode off the box.
  3. Find the original receipt or packing slip in the box.
  4. Fill out the rebate form for the eligible product(s).
  5. Place the UPC, receipt, and rebate form in an envelope and drop it in the mail!

2. Shop In-Store:

If shopping in-store, you should receive the original receipt for your purchase and we’ve heard you can also ask for an additional receipt for the rebate.

If you’ve already left the store and need a copy of your receipt, most stores can reprint it, especially if you paid with a credit card and you know the date of purchase. Just swing by the Customer Service counter at your local store. You can also obtain a copy of the rebate form at your local store or by visiting Kohl’s.com.

Here’s what you’ll need to do…
  1. Shop in-store using any eligible coupon codes or mailer coupons.
  2. After purchasing the item, cut the UPC barcode off the box.
  3. Save the receipt you receive to send in with the rebate.
  4. Fill out the rebate form for the eligible product(s).
  5. Place the UPC, receipt, and rebate form in an envelope and drop it in the mail!

3. Shop Online but with Store Pickup:

Have you ever wondered if you can do a Kohl’s in-store pickup when buying rebate-eligible products on Kohl’s.com and still qualify for the rebate? YES, you can – we tested it and it worked!  🙌🏻

When picking up your order at Kohl’s, you should receive the original receipt from your purchase which looks a bit different from a store receipt, but does work for rebates! Also, if you need an extra copy of your receipt, most stores can reprint your receipt, especially if you paid with a credit card and you know the date of purchase.

Here’s what you’ll need to do…
  1. Shop online using online-only promo coupons. You can even shop online using the Kohl’s app while you’re in-store and choose free in-store pickup.
  2. When your order is ready for pickup, cut the UPC barcode off the box.
  3. Save the receipt you receive to send in with the rebate.
  4. Fill out the rebate form for the eligible product(s).
  5. Place the UPC, receipt, and rebate form in an envelope and drop it in the mail!

Here are a few helpful tips to remember:

  1. Fill out the rebate form immediately so you don’t forget. I’ve even taken a stamped envelope with me and got it all done it in the car (like we showed on this Facebook Live)!
  2. Snap a photo of your Kohl’s receipt and rebate/redemption form for your records in case it doesn’t arrive. Be sure to keep a copy of the contact information, too.
  3. Set a calendar reminder for the last possible date your rebate should be arriving. That way you don’t forget to check up on it.

Things you’ll need for the rebate:

  • The original receipt or packing slip
  • The proof of purchase such as a UPC barcode off of the box
  • The clearly legible rebate form filled out completely

I bought 3 rebate items on the same receipt, I will submit just one form or I need to do three separate rebate forms with three original receipt? Please help, Thank you

    • Ashley

      Just one form 🙂

  2. Jennifer

I did the deal you just posted about at Kohl’s and got three small appliances. I kept an extra receipt and took a picture of my bar codes just in case something happens. I frequently do these rebates with Kohl’s because, like some others, they are minimal hassle. The sheet to fill out is short. Also, I have always received my rebate after a fair amount of time. I guess that’s the thing I would want to know if I had never done this before. It will take a good while to get your rebate so don’t expect it quickly…but it will come.

Thanks so much for the helpful comment! 🙌 We sure appreciate it.

Anyone had any luck using one day expired Kohl’s Cash in store? I’ve seen on blogs that it’s possible, but can’t find anything on the Kohl’s site that confirms this.

    • Just passing through

Yes you get up to 10days per their answering machine. They might have to type it in but it will work

    • Crystal

I’m my store here in tx Kohl’s cash have a 10 day grace period, in store only not online…if ur told no at checkout make sure the cashier checks the balance on the Kohl’s cash or to simply scan it when u are already paying.. the register will let the cashier know if the Kohl’s cash is still good.

Where does the rebate money come from? The manufacturer of the item or from Kohl’s. The rebate is center goes to a rebate center in Texas. I’ve just wondered.

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

You could always give them a call to be certain! 888-976-8104 Hope that helps!

  6. Anna Marie

Thanks I did just that. The rebate money comes from Kohls.

  7. Tig

No where on the rebate form does it say to include the UPC barcode. Is that needed??

  8. Snowe

Personally I think their rebate program is a scam. I have submitted for several rebates and I sent the UPC codes and copies of my receipts. They reject them everytime saying they need something else and they get the rebates mixed up. Example: I submitted for a crockpot and they send me emails saying that my rebate for a handmixer was rejected. I kept copies of everything I mailed them so I know the information I had was correct. So they will reject all your claims and then when you contact their customer service they want to make you jump through more hoops. I have never dealt with Kohls before this past year because they have a poor reputation in my local area. It was a very disappointing experience.

Too bad I still have not received my rebate for the crockpot I bought back in November. I’m still waiting to hear back on why I waited the 8 weeks and still did not receive my money. I don’t think I’d do a rebate from Kohl’s again. I have never had this issue with other rebate programs.

    • Ella

      Still waiting on mine too.

  10. ashok

At what time do they keep rebates in a year?

  11. Jan

Kohl’s makes it difficult for you to receive a rebate. I say this for several reasons.
    1) you have to cut the UPC code off the box. That’s ridiculous when it’s a gift. Your receipt already lists the UPC codes.
    2) you have a short limited time to file for the rebates.
    3) the form doesn’t have the address to return the rebate. You have to go out to the website to find it.
    4) online purchases do not provide the same paperwork for you as in store purchases.
This all makes it difficult for consumers to get these rebates and it is intentional on Kohl’s part, hoping people will not want to go thru such a rigorous process.
This all makes it more difficult than it needs to be.
    Shame on you Kohls!

I didn’t read the directions, nor have I ever submitted anything for a rebate, so my box is tossed out and long gone. They probably won’t accept it without the UPC cutout right? Which is ridiculous when you have the ironical receipt, the rebate receipt, AND the automatically printed rebate form.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

You could always call in to the rebate center to be certain. Hoping they may be able to help.

I hate those who have no useful information and just like to post any CRAP. They are the same people who just want to blabel in a conversation and end up saying nothing. STFU. As Einstein said, the second most common element on Earth after Helium is STUPIDITY.

  13. Suzy

How do I send the filled rebate form? Is it through USPS? And how much will I spend to send the rebate form?

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

It will cost you a stamp to send it in through the regular mail, Suzy.
