I’ve suffered from motion sickness all my life. I don’t have dizziness or vertigo, but I get motion sickness from riding in cars, trains, airplanes, ships, even biking (when I stop after riding for a long time, and my body is adjusting to not moving after having moved) and swimming (when my head is submerged underwater). Dramamine is fine for the occasional motion sickness, but for someone like me who uses it frequently, it is too expensive. I bought a bottle of 100 tabs of the generic, non-drowsy version from Amazon for around $6. It works just as well. Just a thought.

Oh wow! Thanks a ton for the suggestion. My daughter often gets motion sickness when riding in the car. Especially on longer trips!
