I received the sticker set, but nothing else, and it has been two months now. Is there a seperate area that I need to fill out after initial signup?
They don’t usually send out the formula samples until you are closer to your due date. If you are close to your due date and haven’t received anything just call them.
Same here, I only got stickers too and it’s been over 6 months. I don’t think they send out boxes if formula or items anymore.

Does any one know how to STOP getting The Wonder Box from Enfamil??? My kids are in elementary school and this is the second box I’ve received, addressed to the elderly woman who owned our house prior to us (12 years ago).
