Do you use them for working out? I just looked them up on the Costco site and they got slightly mixed reviews. I would solely use them at the gym for HIIT type workouts.
I use them for walking/jogging and have had no problem keeping them in my ears. I cannot wear the apple earbuds because they always fall out of my ears, even when just sitting at my desk. I have not used them during circuit training classes because I listen to the gyms music so cannot speak specifically to that. The sound quality is good enough that I can hear my music, podcasts, audiobook, etc. clearly. I have also used them to answer a call and had no problems with the sound. I would not say they are great for noise cancelling but I did not buy them for that purpose. I have had them since Christmas 2017 with no problems.

No, the lightning connector version will only work with Apple devices (iPhones & iPads) with lightning plugs.
The 3.5mm version will work with any device with a 3.5mm plug.

Yeah, I ordered the 3.5mm one because I can use it with all iPhones and iPads (with 3.5mm port) as well as any other device (older iPhones/Androids/even CD players lol). With the lightning you are very limited – I don’t see the advantage of those.

just in case they have the wireless beats headphones for 75.00 as well that are normally 150.00 in the gray color only.
The older iPhones and iPads still use a 3.5mm but if you have the iPhone 8 or better it uses the lightening connector. My iPad 4 uses a 3.5mm.
