Anyone got the dress from the sale? How much stores carry from the items on sale? And how often is the sale?
There’s some good deals on dresses! I just sat and scrolled through pages of wedding dresses, thought about getting one for a second…. …..and I’m not even dating anyone! 🤦♀️ lol
Been there!
I had terrible experiences with David’s Bridal. The dress I ordered came in the wrong color, 3 sizes larger than what I ordered. The fabric was cheap and the lace was ripped. Zero customer service help. I ended up buying a totally different dress because it was such a nightmare.
Aren’t they in the midst of bankrupcy?
When I got married a couple years ago, I went dress shopping at David’s Bridal. The quality was not good, I was even shopping the expensive ones. They were cheaply made so I would think $99 is about the right price for their level of quality.
I got my dress from David’s bridal and it was perfect. I had no issues with quality. As a matter of fact I just looked at it after 11 years and it looked perfect! Now it won’t be made of fine silk but hey, you wear it once and I machine washed mine and not a sequin or bead cane a loose. I think you can’t go wrong with this sale!
Mine was a second hand originally from David’s Bridal, so it has been worn and cleaned at least twice. Mine had a short train and I ran around on the beach with mine (hey, figured I wasn’t ever going to wear it again and had fun with pictures) and it held up and cleaned up beautifully. No issues at all with quality.
Has anyone ever worked for David’s bridal? Thinking of applying for a job there. Wondering if it’s ok.
I did, years ago. I actually only stayed there for about 2 months. The ladies that had been there a while were super petty and I couldn’t deal with them bad mouthing the customers when they left
About 9 or 10 years ago, they sold/gave my information to one of those companies that call and tell you that you won a vacation if you sit through a presentation.
I got my wedding dress from one of their stores about 15 years ago during this annual $99 sale they do. I didn’t order online, but tried on in store and purchased it. It still looks great and my daughter loves to try it on for when she wears it someday. lol…
Got my Vera Wang there 2 years ago. Been in the bag ever since. Still in perfect condition. It was listed less online then in store. So I called and got the online price over the phone, with a coupon. Score! The only complaint, it was never hemed. So on my wedding day people were getting stabbed by pins. Like dummies we pulled them out, so it became too long. I slid and fell on the dance floor. After the ceremony thank God. I kinda did a little spin on my way down lol it was “graceful”. My mom called on the spot and complained. They gave me a free boxing for it. I haven’t taken it because I’m afraid of the horror stories I’ve heard of people opening the box and the whole bottom of the dress is missing! I’d die if that happened!
This page seems like the other comment I was looking at earlier
