This vacuum is amazing!!! We ordered ours from the Shark website about 7 months ago and paid almost $500!!! We have 4 cats and a dog and this vacuum sucks all the hair up and makes our carpet look new again! I highly recommend it!

We love our Shark Vacuum! I also just wanted to add that they have excellent customer service. I had an issue with my first one clicking back together and it sounded like plastic parts broke inside and then it wouldn’t stay together anymore. I contacted them and they sent me a box to ship my broken one back in and a brand new/upgraded TruePet Vacuum FOR FREE! I was very impressed.
THE best vacuum I’ve ever owned and I have owned plenty. Easy to use and cleans my hard floors just as well as my rugs and plush carpet. Never ever clogs which is huge for me because it seems like they all do.
