Shoprite is $400. Ridiculous amount and I never try for one. If it happens, it happens. I work more towards Acme, spend $100, free turkey. Coupon in flyer. In one purchase.

    • Nubianqueen

That’s way too much I never seem to spend that amount either.

    • Michelle

I was so excited to actually hit the $400 this year. The only reason why I did it was because of diapers and formula. 😂

    • Cindy

Am I reading the post wrong? Doesn’t it say Shoprite is $300? Even that is alot, but perhaps more achievable than $400…

      • Michelle

It’s lijw the post said, promotions may vary by region. In Central Jersey, the Saker and Perlmutter Shoprites all require $400 over a few weeks leading up to Thanksgiving.

      • Myrah

Since every ShopRite is owned independently, different ShopRites have different amounts. In NY by me, my ShopRite is $400 BUT it is before coupons. (Apparently, some ShopRites you have to spend $400 oop. ) So I have my free turkey but I spent under $200 oop. That doesn’t even include savingstar rebates, ibotta, checkout 51 or fetch rewards. If I added all that up, it would be under $100 spent oop. (I also have Receipt Hog but since you get coins according to how much you spend, it is so difficult to reach rewards when my receipts only get 5 coins at a time.)

  2. Faydra

Kroger clicklist offers a free 14 to 20 lbs. Turkey with a 50 dollar purchase. Just clip the coupon.

    • Mel

This must not be across the board because I didn’t have the offer in my available coupons.

    • michelleeltiste-smith

I also received an offer for a free 16 to 20-pound turkey with my Smith’s Marketplace (Kroger) clicklist order.

  3. jenro89

Pick n’ Save has turkeys for $0.47 per lb with a separate $25 purchase

  4. erika m

For nearly 10 years now I’ve received a voucher for a Turkey in exchange for my routine blood donation. Check with your local blood bank- there are frequently shortages around the holidays and what a great way to help others and provide for your family at the same time! No worrying about a minimum spend or other strings attached.

    • coulter

    • Rama Revan

      Thank you for donating blood!

  5. Kasey

Got mine at Hy-Vee today! $25 for a ham and a turkey! Oh and I found $4 rebate on Ibotta for when you buy Budweiser and a turkey… was buying the turkey anyway so I’ll take $4 off beer! lol

  6. Rachel

    Turkey’s are .37 a pound this week at Meijer!! I got a 20.25 pound turkey for $7.49! Great price!!🦃

    • Kat

I used to live in Michigan where there was Meijer – I miss Meijer!

  7. Susan

Food Lion $0.27 lb with purchase of $35 limit 2 😀

  8. shellie

Smithfield farm abuses pigs. Don’t buy ham from them at kroger. 🙁

    • Cassie

Smithfield is now owned by China and is making a mess of NC.

  9. Kat

Does anyone know of any stores in Pennsylvania that offer free turkeys with purchase?

    • 5pink1blue

Giant Eagle is giving away a turkey but I don’t know details. Sorry!

      • Alex

It’s when you reach a $300 of purchases this month where I am.

    • Jamie

Giant/Martins has a free turkey with 400 gas points as well as the Weis which is listed

  10. Robyn

I paid .38 cents per pound yesterday at my local winco didn’t need to spend a certain amount to get that price so I got a 21.97 pound turkey

  11. Cassie

It’s not showing up in my Safeway Just4you, so I guess not. 🙁 It’s the only grocery store besides Walmart within 100 miles of me.

  12. Shannon

I got an email telling me to spend 50 and get a free turkey up to 14 lbs. at Hannaford. I’m in upstate ny

  13. Jmb612

Where are you seeing the Kroger offer? I do not see it on the flyer that is linked or in the coupons on my app.

  14. Carrie Reynolds

Giant Eagle has a free turkey if you spend $300 in November. Just doing my normally weekly grocery shopping, I easily hit it.

  15. Daniela

Stop & Shop has .39 a pound if you spend $25. Great deal!

  16. Jen s.

Price Chopper has turkeys for .37/ lb. I usually use the Big Y $7 off any turkey coupon (in this week’s flyer) at Price Chopper for a really cheap turkey!

  17. Sarah

Martin’s is doing it as well. You have to spend 400 as well, thats not hard with a large family. Groceries are ridiculously expensive!

    • Bethany

No, you don’t have to spend $400. You have to accumulate 400 points which can be done the hard way by spending $400, or just look at the offers in the flier which earn points. Yesterday I bought 5 jars of Classico pasta sauce on sale for $2 each. This gave me 400 points and I was able to redeem for a free turkey. I ended up spending $10 and I got a free turkey. There are other items in this “buy 5 get 400 points” offer, but the pasta sauce is the cheapest.

  18. Jessica

I’m in TX and my Albertsons had turkey for 25 cents a pound when you spend $25. That was totally doable. Kroger had had a special too but it was higher price on turkey. Tom Thumb was ridiculous, threshold of $100! Here in TX we always pay no more than 39 cents per pound and no more than $25 purchase required.

    • Evan

Jessica you must be in the N Tx area. In Central & S Tx, we don’t have Albertsons or Tom Thumb. TT is Randall’s & we have H-E-B, Kroger, Aldi & some others. I was going to say we normally don’t have to pay more than .35/lb for Turkey UNLESS you want a name brand one, which many people do prefer.

  19. Shari

.49 /lb. Publix. Period. No jumping thru hoops. However, they have been giving $10 GC w flu shot. That would cover an average turkey.

  20. Myrah

It’s easy to get a free turkey at ShopRite. I already have my free turkey voucher and I have spent under $200. The $400 in ShopRite is BEFORE coupons.

    • Daniela

I think my store in Hudson County counts differently. My receipt shows after coupons. I spent $10 today oop but it was actually $60 of stuff. Only $10 counted.

  21. kor

I am in north CA and none of the stores are offering free turkey with purchase! : (

  22. Amy

You can get a free turkey at Winco if you spend $100 on groceries. I do that every other week anyhow. 🤗

  23. Bethany

If you are near a Martins(Giant PA), you only have to spend $10 to get a free Turkey. Until Thursday there is a bonus points offer for buy 5 items, get 400 points. Classico pasta sauce for $2 is included. Buy 5 Classico, earn 400 points, redeem 400 points for a free turkey. It’s probably one of the best free turkey deals around.

  24. Wendi

I got $10 off a turkey at BigY…they had a $7.00 flyer coupon and offered a $3.00 off a turkey digital click to card offer that were able to be combined 😊

  25. Lisa o

I will never buy another Kroger brand turkey again. Thanksgiving of 2014 we ate extremely late after I spent over four hours plucking feathers out of the turkey I got there. Had to use eyebrow tweezers to get them all out. I’ve never seen so many feathers left in a store bought turkey before.

  26. Cristine

The HEB deal is great. We just freeze the ham and save it for Christmas.

  27. Stacy

Dillons (Kroger affiliate) is not taking part, nor do the have the free turkey with pickup coupon.

  28. Jade

I went to HEB on Monday & scanned hams like the Black Forest or Brown Sugar ham for about $25+ so it’s a great deal!

  29. Rebekah

No free turkey on my Vons just for you, but my just for you has three $5 off Jennie O Oven Ready Whole Turkey which might ring up to a good deal if they apply multiple coupons.

  30. Wanda

Don’t forget all the free sides from the app this week too!
