This is awesome if you have pets. I would have tumbleweeds of cat fur flying around my house no matter how often I vacuumed. This little gadget was a game changer. It goes off at 9pm each night and cleans. My floors always feel great and great. No more tumbleweeds. Worth every penny. I paid far more than this price!! Get it while you can!!
This is one of the greatest inventions ever! I absolutely love that I can “vacuum” everyday without having to do any work. I still run my regular vacuum about once a week, but I will never go without my Roomba. We love it so much in my family we gave her a name… Reba the Roomba. Now instead of me saying I need to vacuum, I say I need to let Reba play
I’m vacuuming right now! My Roomba is named “Robert”!! Haha. We say “Can you let Robert out?” It is the best. I usually put Robert out before I go to the grocery store or run errands. It is so nice to come home to a clean house.
We love it so much that we are on our second one. Our first one, we had all the “bells and whistles” and then when it conked out (due to overuse, I’m sure), we went with a more basic model as we did not use all the extras on the first. We have a Rat Terrier (supposedly a medium shedder.. NOT), and the Roomba works great for picking up all her fur and just the minute little bits of sand that are tracked in. We vacuum with a regular vacuum about once a month, but mostly use the Roomba for weekly cleanups (to catch all the dust bunnies, you know). Again, we love our Roomba, so 5 stars from us.
Does this work for all floor types? Including carpet, hardwood, and tile?
Glenda, we have tile and carpet. It easily makes the transition for us. We love our Roomba. You just need to make sure there are no spots that the Roomba can get caught under. We just have a few places I know it gets caught and put up the virtual wall or pick up whatever it is that it gets caught under.
