I also just emailed customer service with my order number, and they refunded me the 20% to my Target card.
I tried calling guest services and they stated they could not, however after checking this I did the Target by online chat option instead and they issued one.
I just used the online chat, too. Adjusted the 20%, no problem! 🙂
I was a little spooked that she knew my name and Target card number without asking me, but then realized I was signed in so that’s how she knew, but, still, a little spooky.
I just tried to adjust an instore purchase via chat but they said they couldn’t and I had to bring receipt into store. 🙁

you just look for a toy n its says whatever amount off at checkout like I got treasure lil woodzeez family for 9.99 it took $2 off at checkout or treasure x 3 pk for 29.99 it took off $6

In a search browser just type target chat and then enter the first search should say target chat just click it and it will take you straight to it. Then a new screen will apply and ask you your reason for the chat I can’t remember what it says but click the very top option hope that helps
