The Arizona puffer girls’ size “16/ XX Large Plus” fits like a juniors’ Small/Medium and it is a nice heavyweight jacket, better quality than the juniors’ puffer style IMO. The “plus” in this case seems to just mean longer arms and wider shoulders which is what I needed for my tall, thin tween. I just re-ordered at this $20 price, thanks.

I just went to Jcpenney to check this out myself, yes it is a nice jackets. Its thick enough to keep my child warm and thin enough for her to shove in her book bag as the day warms up. I was definitely thicker than I expected!!!
