Kitchen aids are way over rated in my option, I much prefer my hand mixer to my kitchen aid stand mixer.
I actually purchased my Mom a Kitchenaid Artisan – Certified Refurbished mixer from Amazon. I paid $164 total. It had great reviews and my Mom loved it! She didn’t mind that it was refurbished. She said everything was included and it looked brand new. She wouldn’t have known it was refurbished if it hadn’t said it on the box. Hope this helps!

I just took your advice and cancelled my order for a new one (for my parents) and ordered a refurbished one as well! It was literally just under half the price!! I added on a 4-year warranty for $11 and so hopefully that will cover any issues that might arise!
