I entered 5 codes etc. through the website and I received a confirmation saying I was eligible to receive the $10 Amazon G.C. but I did not receive anything via email. I did contact Coke customer service and they did acknowledge the promo, but will confirm all information and contact me via email within 7 business days. Sigh.
I have caps, but how do you know the difference from 2l bottles or 20oz bottles. thanks for the help
I have a baggie of random caps that I know are mainly from 2liter bottles and it took all of them, so I don’t think it actually matters.

I don’t think it’s legit. I called coke rewards, they have no record of it.
Just wanted to say thank you to the H2S team…without this post (and all the others) I would not be earning anything from Coke. I do think this is generous of Coke to be offering $10 gift cards. If nothing else, those people unsure if they will earn the gc after entering 5 caps and using the link provided by the team to check (I took a screenshot of my message and keep my coke caps too), you can always DM the Coke team and they generally will help you. Good luck!

I entered 4 codes for a free 20 oz Coke. Got nothing. Said my codes were already used. Contacted Coca Cola. They sent me 2 “free” codes. How does THAT help? I’m still out 2 codes and a free drink. Very skeptical of even trying for the Amazon card.

I had the same thing happen. I called Hello World customer service in Southfield, MI. Their number can be found with Google. The whole process was not clean. I never received anything either and received the same “ineligible” message.

I was having an issue as well, it wasnt registering my caps. I had to go back in to the link for each cap and re-enter. It WILL say how many caps you have redeemed after each one so if it didnt then it probably didnt register it and you should go back through the link provided. Hope that helps. Thanks Hip2Save! I have a bag full of caps and no idea how to use them anymore.

Read the “hip tip”. It happens but if you click the link that’s posted, you should see that it says you’ll get the card.

I don’t understand would only let me enter 1 code, says thanks for entering you may close the window, can any one help?
you have to close the window and then log back into it to enter each cap separately.
I entered and it gave me the ineligible comment. I clicked the link you provided and it says the same thing?? Am I doing something wrong?
This worked for me.
1. Register your email address
2. Close the webpage
3. Use the Hip Tip link towards the bottom of H2S webpage
4. Enter one code after you enter your email address and then close the webpage
5. Continue using the Hip Tip link everytime you enter a code
6. You will see the progression of your entries
7. After your fifth entry, close the page and log back in and you will see that you earned the $10 reward

I entered the codes, got the ineligible note, then clicked the link on H2S to get to the page saying I will be rewarded the $10 Amazon card. Now I’ll just wait to see if it comes and update here if and when I receive it!

I read through the official rules, and it appears that the only way of entering is through the Bite by Sodexho app or by mail. I believe that refers to the sweepstakes entry ($5000). Further down it talks about each time you enter the sweepstakes you get a punch on a virtual card. Five punches and you unlock the offer for the gift card. You can enter the sweepstakes via snail mail. In general, it’s a little confusing
I agree, it looks like it wants you to use the Bite app. I sent a text to the number and downloaded the app but I don’t see anything on it that allows you to enter the Coke codes. 🤔

I wonder if this works? I got one email after entering a code, but the email is coca-cola@e.helloworldemail.com. All the usual coke rewards email comes from CocaColaBrands@emailusa.coca-cola.com. I also had to re-login every time to put a code in and then got the ” you are not eligible for the prize”. I did see where it said I should get the gift card (by email) but no more emails have come. I was curious if my codes even worked because of the not eligible for prize message. I went to the coke rewards page and tried my codes there and they ALL WORKED, meaning they didn’t work on this promotion listed above…. because once you enter a code it would have said that it had already been used. Bummer not sure if this is working….
Helloworld is a prize distribution as I have won other prizes through them.
