Judy I rarely spritz with oil when I air fry. I will rub a little olive oil on ears of corn, or spritz it on home made breaded chicken to make it crunchy. The whole point of these is to avoid frying in oil or anything. I do hot dogs, steaks, pork loin, fries, veggies, pumpkin seeds, garbanzo beans for snacking, and you wouldn’t believe the hard boiled eggs that these make. Gonna do a turkey breast tomorrow.
