Just want to caution everyone to be VERY careful when ordering from Ulta. I made an order, ensured I had the correct address on it, and then ended up receiving an email confirmation with my past shipping address listed. I contacted Ulta right away and they told me that they can’t change or cancel orders once they are made. This was their mistake but they will not help me and now I have a package that is going to be shipped out to strangers at an address 90 minutes away from me. I do not plan on ever ordering from Ulta again.
Maybe call your credit card company and dispute charge
I found this out today too. Once an order is placed, even immediately after, you cannot cancel or modify it.
