Today, November 23rd only, head to your local Target store, spend just $0.01 or more and score a RARE coupon back good for 20% off a future purchase valid November 27th though December 8th.
To score this offer, simply scan your Wallet in the Target app during checkout and a mobile coupon will be added to your account available to use starting 11/27.
If you don’t have a local Target, you can score the 20% off coupon when you make a $50+ purchase at Target.com. If you’ll be shopping online, your coupon will be emailed to you after your transaction has been completed.
Note that the qualifying purchases must be made in a single transaction and will be calculated after all other discounts are applied (limit one 20% off coupon per guest). Purchases made at the CVS pharmacy, clinic and Target optical will not qualify for the coupon.

If you do it in store, it’s $0.01 as long as you use your wallet on the app. I received my coupon within 1 hour.
Check the coupons in wallet in app. Mine showed up later. I spent more than $50 and received a paper one from cashier.

Can anyone verify if this is $50 BEFORE the 5% discount at checkout? Ex. Before 5%discount my total is $50, after it’s around $47. Will I still get the coupon or does it have to be $50 after discount?

I just got back from my local Target. I make 5 separate transactions of just over $50 transactions….it is applied before you pay for the $50. One of my transactions was for $50.56, another was $50.45. After my 5%, it came below $50, and I still got the 20% coupon.
Does anyone know if this is a physical coupon? Or will it appear in the wallet? I bought a pack of clif bars and scanned my wallet in store but I wasn’t given an actual coupon

I did this today and got my coupon in my wallet. It took a bit to show up though.
I bought over $50 in store and scanned my cartwheel. They gave me a paper coupon and I also got a digital coupon added to my wallet in the Target app. Even if you’re not redeeming cartwheel, scanning the barcode should still give you one!

Where is the list of exclusions for the 20% off? I’m assuming Nintendo Switch is on there.
Part of the exclusions read “Nintendo hardware and Switch games” The Nintendo Switch is considered “hardware”

Why do I just scan my wallet when I have no coupon in wallet?

I was just at Target and you have to spend 50.00, I am completely confused on this post regarding only have to spend 0.01 to get the 20% future coupon. You can have multiple transactions and they will give you the coupon but you have to spend $50.00.

Its there afterall. Click on coupons even if it says its empty and then go down to the thank you at the bottom in red and it should have 1 available. Its a different number than the one I got online, so it worked to get 2. Yay!
No, it really worked. i was just there a 1/2 hour ago and bought a disposable tree bag for 1.99. Scanned the wallet and then just a few minutes ago, I went to the coupons even though it said there wasn’t one there. But at the bottom in red there is a thank you . . .1 available. I clicked that and there it was.
I just tried buying milk for $2 at my local target…no coupon! The guy next to me however, got a printed coupon, because he spent more then $50.

I got an app notification for it. There is a note that you should expect to receive your coupon in your wallet by Sunday, 11/25. It sounds like you just need to scan your wallet today to get the coupon on Sunday that is valid for use 11/27-12/8.

My target is giving out a paper coupon when u spend $50. I only spent a few dollars and the woman said I need to spend $50 to get the paper coupon.
You should’ve corrected her by showing her where it said on their own website. Don’t be afraid to take your receipt asap to customer service, tell them what happened & ask nicely for the coupon she failed to give you.

I just did this in store. I spent 1.20 on two items, scanned my cartwheel wallet app but paid using my physical debit card. I wasn’t sure if I would get the coupon but about 30 mins later, the 20% coupon was in my cartwheel app under the coupon section. I also got a notification from the Target app about the coupon. Hope this helps someone else!
My store had signs everywhere saying you had to spend $50, but I just went and spent $30 and just got the notification saying thank you for using the app and a coupon for 20% off starting on the 27th

You can only get one in-app Q but multiple in store Qs (with $50 purchases).
This worked for me. I bought breadsticks at the cafe and 2 slushies. It was around $5. Nothing was given to me at that time but I did scan my wallet in the app at that time. I just looked and there is a 20% off coupon in the coupon section of my wallet.
I ran in quickly and bought a $1 koozie and it worked, coupon appeared in the wallet minutes later. Scan your wallet barcode before you hit checkout.

I also went to Target and purchased $35 worth of stuff. I asked for the coupon and was told I needed to spend minimum of $50 to receive the coupon. I was mad!!!

It worked for me! I used self-check out to purchase a jug of milk. Scanned my cartwheel in my wallet (target app). There was no cartwheel discount for milk and I didn’t have any credit cards link to my wallet. I just scanned it then paid with Discover Card. An hour later, I received an app notification message that “your coupon is ready.” Go to your cartwheel barcode and tab on the “View Coupons” under your cartwheel barcode and voila!
I read the restrictions and I don’t see formula or diapers on it. This will be huge to stock up.

You have to spend $50 & if it’s in-store, they give you the 20% off coupon there.
I think it’s two different offers. This one is 20% just for using the app. You have to use the app at checkout to get it and there is no minimum. If you go into the app it’s actually advertised there without a minimum and the coupon gets uploaded into the app automatically. The cashier doesn’t need to do anything on their end, so I don’t think they’re really aware of it.
Additionally, there is a second offer being advertised in store and online that is the spend $50 and get 20% off.

Yes, I believe they are different offers. To get the coupon in store, you must spend $50 or more. The one on the app, you have to spend at least $0.01. I scanned mine, buying $3 worth, and got the coupon a few hours later. Yay!!
