I bought this for 13.99 at the end of October. I contacted target for a price adjustment but it’s outside of the 14 days window policy. So instead I’m rebuying it for 11.99 with free shipping and returning the more expensive one. So silly that they won’t price adjust for $2. They’d rather pay to process the order and ship it to me! Lol
Target is terrible on price matching stuff like that. One reason I try not to shop there.
