this is off topic, but can someone please let me know the correct answer. I had a kohls order that i thought was going to get mailed to my house because i always get them delivered but for some reason when i checked my email to see if it was delivered it said it was cancelled for non pick up ( in a different state) i dont usually do store pick up so not sure how this happened but it did and kohls cancelled my order but i had received 15 dollars in kohls cash which i spent already. How does this get fixed? will i owe them 15$
This just happened to me I return something that I had earned $10 Kohl’s cash and already spent it and what happens is when the item goes through the return process instead of getting the exact amount you paid for Becky will get that amount minus your Kohl’s Cash so in your case it will be minus $15 and then that will be credited to your account
Who is Becky and why does she get it?
If Kohl’s cancelled your order you will still receive the Kohl’s cash. This happened to me the other day. I had an order cancelled and received $90 in Kohl’s cash so I called to verify if I get to still use it and the rep said yes.
I actually just re read your question and since it was cancelled for not being picked up I don’t know how that works. In my case I purchased an item but it ended up being out of stock so Kohl’s cancelled it. I would suggest you call Kohl’s to find out for sure.
The Kohl’s cash will be debited from the card you used for payment. This is what I understood from their FAQs.
Are you able to purchase without filling in a recipient? I was wanting to not email it to a person, but print it and put it into a Christmas card to mail.
If you access the website as desktop you can print it out instead of having to add a recipient and email it.

Since the $10 Bonus card has an expiration date, I am guessing it can’t be added to my DD account? It is so much easier to pay with the app instead of remembering to use a e-gift card

I finally found the small print 😊. It almost makes it sound like if added to the app it won’t expire.

Can you use the app to buy gift cards in store?
I questioned this last week at a shop, and I was told they contacted their regional manager, and was told No. “The APP is like a gift card, and you can’t buy a gift card with a gift card” is what I was told….
Unrelated question, but it’s about gift cards – does anyone know if Target is still going to have their big gift card sale, where you can buy up to $200 or $300 and get 20% off or something? I have done that the past two years and used them for myself and got gift cards for my kids teachers. I don’t think I’ve seen anything about that yet. I hope they aren’t getting rid of it this year!

There is a coffee card for $10 for 6 large coffees or 5 espressos. I am in NJ. I think every state has a different deal.

When you click Collin’s link about the $10 Bonus card mentioned in the post, it takes you to a Dunkin Donut/coin star site (address in the top). I think this is different than just buying a gift card in your app. It is there that you can see the $10 Bonus card added to your order after the $25 card(s) are added first. Then they email you the bonus card (and the others if you keep them for yourself). Once received, I added the bonus card to my app. Good luck!
It was CASH STAR* (NOT coin star). Also I forgot to mention that you can do any variety of ecards that totals $25 for the bonus offer to apply. They offer $5, $10 or $25 cards.
Thank you. I emailed the DD team to ask for a $10 gift card or else to cancel my transaction on DD app and I will then do it on my lap top instead. This is a little confusing that you cant use the app to buy a gift card, when it clearly states – DD gift cards. Thank you for response though 🙂

Oh no! Did you check your spam or “other” folders? If you used a different email address for payment than for delivery, check that email address also. I just did this deal earlier and received both of my gift cards almost instantly.
