   for those who have it, is it a regular twin mattress or does it need a lower profile twin mattress so that the child isn’t right up against the same height as railing? thanks!

  It is supposed to be a mattress specifically for a bunk bed. I bought a memory foam mattress from Walmart for like $139. It was an inch thicker than they recommended but we never had an issue!!

   Thanks Hip2Save!! We have a metal version of this for my daughter and she loves it. My son is turning 5 in the Spring which is the birthday my kiddos graduate to a bigger bed… He will love it just as much as I love the price! ❤️❤️
