I’ve purchased these before with great anticipation, built them, the kids played with them once and after a couple of days of having them scattered around the house we eventually threw them away. It’s like having giant Legos all over your house. And they don’t store easy due to their size:/
I ordered these the day the deal was posted and have spent the past four days trying to get ANYONE at Best Buy or OnTrac to help me. OnTrac finally admitted that they have no idea where the package is, and I should ask Best Buy to re-ship. Best Buy will not answer me. Has anyone ever had any luck getting customer service help from Best Buy? I really don’t want to have to go to the store, because it’s not the store’s problem and they’re busy enough.
