I agree that these are the very best English Muffins made! They are thick and delicious with not much sugar and the favors are not overwhelming. They are just right and a steal at the deep discount you provided. I HIGHLY recommend these as a gift and for yourself.

    I got these the last time H2S posted the deal….after seeing all the rave reviews. Maybe it’s just me, but they tasted like regular English muffins, just bigger? Nothing special. It was good to try once, but I don’t get the hype?

      It’s not just you. I bought them the last time they were posted I thought they were flavorless but I am glad I was able to not waste a lot of money on them at least lol

    I jumped on the 5 packs for $14.99 deal and was looking forward to trying them after reading such glowing reviews. The English muffins arrived promptly but I was very disappointed in the quality. The taste was horrible, very artificial tasting and bad aftertaste. I will not buy these again and most have gone to waste. If you are on the fence, save yourself the money. Don’t buy!

      I think it’s just a matter of personal preference. There are other products out there that people rave about that I, like you, can’t see what all the fuss is about. There are some products people love that I find downright gross.
      Hey, at least we get to try new products at a steep discount through this site. Without the promo, I won’t try/buy stuff full price, only to have to throw it out because it’s gross.

        I agree a matter of preference. I’m just adding my opinion to others to help those on the fence. When I ordered I used others reviews so I’m just adding mine to the pot.

    We LOVED the 5 pack that we got with the last H2S promo. I sent the other promo gift box to my parents who said it was like going to a B & B (it had the scones, jam and bread, along with the English muffins). My husband regularly eats English Muffins and said these were FAR better than the store bought ones. I had to agree with that. We’re getting these too…..especially since Thomas’ on sale are 2 for $5 and these are different flavors and the same price. Thanks H2S!

    I also got them last time after seeing the great reviews and don’t care for them that much. Still have 3 packs in the freezer. I prefer Bay’s English Muffins.

    We also ordered the 5 pack after reading the rave reviews and were completely disappointed. The muffins we received were very poor quality, some appeared to have been frozen or have freezer burn. They are hard as a rock and we promptly emailed the company and told them how disappointed we were. Their customer service department is awesome though so at least that helps! Nice to have good customer service when a product is poor quality. Won’t be ordering from them again though.

    Agree with the other comments – these muffins are not good. Thought I’d give them a try as I eat an English muffin every morning for breakfast. Very disappointing & I feel bad throwing out. Big waste of money.

      I agree. I didnt like them at all, plus 2 of the varieties were artificially flavored and included chemical dyes. I contacted customer service to complain and they promptly refunded. Below average muffins but Great customer service.

    I agree with all the other comments. I got the 5 pack last promo posted on here. We got them and have thrown them all away due to being hard or moldy! Complete waste of money. And I’m glad I did not send to someone I know as a gift as the quality was terrible and would not want them to have received what we did… save your money. Many other deals to get on this site that is worth it more

      That’s exactly how I’m now feeling. I was so excited and purchased one set as a gift and one for us. Now I’m not sure what I’ll do. Since there are so many positive reviews, just not on this page, I’m hoping for the best.

    Wow. We didn’t have that experience at all. While they were not “to die for”, they also weren’t dried out and/or moldy. I am wondering if some of the people that experienced that lived a lot farther away from them (I think they are in Oregon) and shipping time made them dry/moldy. We are in CA and it came in 2 days and were fine. My parents also in CA said they were really good?
    Would I pay full price for them? Probably not, but they were okay to me. I think if people thought they were that awful, I’d be curious to know what their customer service would do to try to make it right. Someone above said the customer service was really good, but I’m curious to know whether they refunded or sent something else, or what….just so I’d know for future reference.

      I live in Minnesota, but I don’t think it made a difference in the quality.
      I did contact customer service and I was offered to buy a new product at that purchase price. Then I received an email stating all products with that price (14.99) are sold out. So I asked for a refund and was granted. I have not seen the refund yet but am hopeful. As I said I am just glad I did not send as a gift…

    I ordered the 5 pack last time it was posted. I was very satisfied with the product. Very dense and thick compared to Thomas’ which me & my son liked. Thomas’ has the nooks & crannies and these do not. So just a matter of preference I guess. I like both these & Thomas’ but they are different.

    I am so disappointed. I ordered these thinking they would be here by the 24th like the website shows it would. Mine will not be delivered until the 26th. The bright side, when I called to see if there was anything they could do, they refunded my entire order.

    I ordered the 5 pack for myself and then sent several as gifts. I liked them, but my in-laws just received theirs and called to tell me how horrible they thought they were. They called customer service and were offered something else so they now have cookies coming their way. I’m glad to hear their customer service seems to be very good but concerned about the other orders I sent.

      UPDATE – In late November, I ordered 5 pack of english muffins plus 3 pack of jams to be delivered 12/19-12/24 to my boss of all people. Today, I received email saying muffins are on their way so I emailed about jams. I was told jams were canceled (WTH???). I was never notified of this and here we are on 12/23. I called customer service and they offered to ship jam sampler, for delivery around 12/26, but I had to pay the extra $8+ price difference. They would not agree to waive the price difference even though they have completely messed up! I asked them to cancel my full order (english muffins and jams, $33) even though supposedly the muffins are en route. What an embarrassment! I will not order from them again. It was seemingly a fantastic deal and a really nice gift suggestion, but I think they failed miserably. I still love you H2S!! Not your fault.
