Thanks, H2S! I’m considering this house as well as the Calico Critters Luxury Townhome, which is bigger, but $22 more (on sale for $79). Does anyone have any feedback or thoughts when comparing the 2? We have other CC accessories, which my 9-yo uses with her L.O.L. Dolls. Also, I notice that both Amazon & Walmart are selling both houses for the same price. Any thoughts about purchasing from Walmart vs. Amazon?
When their prices r the same, I go with Walmart cause it’s easier to return items there…if needed. For both places, some items can be returned for free n other items charge return shipping. Although Amazon has great service, I’ve had better luck with Walmart
I think they’re about the same size. I have the townhome, but I just ordered the cottage AND the Red Roof Cozy Cottage to combine them into one large 3 story house. It’s currently $17.42, regularly $30.

The Calico Critter items are perfect size for LPS.
Two years ago I found an ad on Facebook Market Place for a nice grouping of LPS figures, buildings, and an original toolbox type LPS box. It was a teen that collected from the beginning of LPS!
I purchased for $65! Sophie and Lucy prefer the older LPS, yes I did the Happy Gma dance!
I also purchased a few Playmobile sets for their Christmas. They have a city set up in their basement! Of course we keep buying LPS figures and buildings.
I found some Calico Critters at Tuesday Morning and LPS.
But most of the Calico Critter items I buy after seeing a deal on HIP2SAVE.
Sophie and Lucy have cousins that also collect LPS that come to visit and bring theirs.
Sophie and Lucy create families, name each Pet.
They told me there is no crime, no death, no taxes, no politics and absolutely no war and no discrimination.
If only we could all get along like this city of critters and pets.
