Both the Mario/Mario Kart versions are a lot of fun, and much easier to play for kids than regular Monopoly (the money is simplified). And the cheater’s edition is a hoot—and kinda stressful! You have to keep your eye on everyone else while you’re trying to make your own moves!! We had a lot of laughs at Thanksgiving, playing the cheater one.
Sweet! Thanks for sharing your feedback on both of these versions Allison! Excited to hear how much fun the Cheaters Edition one is, as that’s under our tree for Christmas!
Am I the only one disturbed by the very notion of Monopoly “cheaters edition”? Why on God’s green earth would I want to encourage my children to cheat to “see what they can get away with”? Even if the game itself is solid, the premise is terrible. Why not a Monopoly “Catch the cheater” edition?! I could get behind that…
It’s both a “cheat” and “catch the cheaper” version. There are 6 spots on the board for “cheat” cards to fill at all times. So you can only do one of the prescribed cheats that’s on the board. If you’re caught, there’s a punishment (handcuff included!). If you’re not, you get “rewarded.” There’s even something for someone who falsely accuses you of pulling a cheat. I can agree with your sentiment, though. It isn’t for everyone.
That should say “catch the cheaTer” 🤪
Help! How do I add cartwheel to online order??
Once you clip your cartwheel offer, it will only work for store pick up. At checkout choose pick up in store and when you go to final payment screen it should show it as taken off.
Hi Debbie! First, click on the Cartwheel link and then click ADD to add it to your account (make sure you’re signed in). After that, add the game to your cart and choose free in-store pickup. The discount should show up at checkout! You do need to be sure to select free in-store pickup, as Cartwheels don’t apply to shipped orders. Hope that helps!
When you go to check out it automatically applies the cartwheel discount to your cart. I had the same issue 🙂
