None. I do the free play. I did a bunch for the donations to Children’s Miracle Network but normally I save the codes for the guaranteed rewards. I’ve never been much of a gambler! lol

Very disappointed in Macy’s after canceling orders recently right at Christmas holidays. The promo scratch off money amounts were allotted for before the game was even played. It wasn’t like people were using bot created codes to purchase items with. A lot the orders canceled were for those only using the code they won. It seems to me that Macy’s screwed up and punished everyone for their own mistake. Multiple codes on multiple orders were used but they were legitimately won codes through Macy’s. If they didn’t want that to happen it should have been preset that way during ordering. I just think it’s a bad move in Macy’s part to do this maneuver. Not too sure I want to keep doing business with a company this petty.
But did you ever even spend money there? A loss of a customer that only wanted to pillage and get free stuff isn’t a loss at all. I think that they should have cancelled the multiple orders. I’m so sick of everyone abusing the system, posting the glitches and then”I gots mine”.
I have definitely spent money there previously! Macy’s put the game out there, no one stole them. And if you read the part where I said they canceled orders using only ONE code on ONE order only it’s really unfair. Also a lot of those using codes put it toward a purchase and spent money out of pocket. It was one code per purchase so doubt too many got anything totally free, no stacking. A seperate order made was still one code per order.
And something you probably haven’t considered is that those who redeemed coupons could be in need. It’s not all about greed. Personally I’ve been in need before so I know what it’s like. Something like this would have been extremely helpful in various ways. I hope you will consider these words and hold off on judgement. Happy Holidays!
