I bought this about a month ago and really like it, however there is one thing that is annoying- it ends up sliding all over the place. The plaid side is slick- like the fabric an umbrella is made out of (couldn’t think of another description), which is okay, except when you have kids and they wiggle all over the couch and the blanket repeatedly slips into a big wad on the floor. It is very warm and I would buy another, but understand how slippery it is before buying. I’ve washed it once (because kids) and it washed great. Only one or two feathers have found their way out.

I’d stay far away from this company. Their customer service is abysmal so if anything goes wrong with your order, you’re screwed. I’ve called multiple times, emailed, and reached out to them via Facebook and Insta and have yet to receive a response a week later.
I’ve bought their clothes for over twenty years without any issues. I feel they have excellent customer service. My local store manager is fantastic.
In store may be good, but I second what the above commenter said in regards to online ordering. I stopped shopping with them after multiple messed up orders and terrible customer service when I tried to get my orders fixed so I could actually receive the items I ordered. I don’t know who is running their web site, but it’s often broken between checkout and fulfillment. The phone reps can’t see any orders from the last 3 days that you’ve placed, and they are unbelievably slow in telling you if something went out of stock after you placed your order. So many gifts I ordered from them one year just never showed up.

I agree, the one side the blanket is so slippery. Didn’t see high quality to me. I purchased one and returned it.

I bought one last time it was posted. I do love it, but I wouldn’t call it an oversized throw. Lol. I was like, where is the rest of it?! I wish it was sewn together kind of like a quilt, because there is nothing keeping the fuzzy side and the slippery side together. Overall, great blanket, but I regret paying $50 for it.
Thanks for the review, I had been on the fence and now I’m off. Lol. I am surprised to hear that the sides aren’t at least tacked together in spots, like a quilt.
To expand on this review, the side with the down is like a typical comforter with the separate pouches sewn in for the down so it doesn’t shift. While it’s only attached to the fleece side around the edges I haven’t had any issues with anything shifting and actually love the blanket so much I bought two more as gifts.
