Thank you!! I’ve been able to get some great things for super cheap or free with these Sears text offers! When I went right before thanksgiving and it was $15 off $15 they had a nice tool set normally $100 on Black Friday price for $25. It made it $10! I’m using it as an exchange gift for our family $10 exchange. Pretty sure it’ll be the hot item this year!!

Not a good idea to do if you have shopyourway points stockpiled in your account. I traded one away last time and what the person bought shows up in my purchase history.

Got this coupon last time it was posted on Hip2Save. Unfortunately the Sears employee wouldn’t let us use it. First he said it was expired (it wasn’t). Then the manager came over and said they wouldn’t honor it.
Since the store is far away from our home, I’m gun-shy of trying it again. Was wondering if others had good luck or not using it. Would be curious to hear of other readers’ experiences with the last offer that was posted (believe it was a couple weeks ago).
I used it previously on Thanksgiving, the only question I got was “where’d you get this”. I showed him the front page of the ad, which was setting on the counter. Before I left he was on his phone getting one for himself!
The only glitch (minor) was it wouldn’t scan so had to be typed in.
Unless your store is closing it should work. Good luck if you try to use yours!
I had no problem using it and no questions asked. As long as they type the code in, it should work.

Has anyone noticed, or maybe it’s just me, that the contests and sweeps on the shopyourway website has FEW wins, if any! I used to win at least 50 cents to a dollar per day. Now, I basically have no wins every day I play except for the Wednesday wins. Just wondering….
I read on a moderator comment on the Win It FB group that they have changed the odds of winning so you are 10x less likely to win. I used to win alot as well and find it very disappointing.

Yeah, they’re at the end of their days. Supposedly, Shop Your Way will continue but unless they link up with some other stores, I don’t see the point.

I have used the other similar $10off$10+ and $15off$15+ that have come out in the last month or so and haven’t had any problems. Today I tried to use it even though my total was $19.80 and none of the items I was purchasing was excluded the lady wouldn’t let me use it. I got really frustrated and ended up just leaving the store and not buying anything. I figure I will go back again this evening and use a different cashier and see if it works then. Very frustrating when I used my lunch break to go grab a few last minute “stocking stuffers”.
I think it’s ridiculous that stores are like that when a coupon from the store isn’t allowed by a particular cashier. It’s either a Sears coupon or it isn’t. Some of these companies and employees need better knowledge and understanding when it comes to coupons, especially their OWN coupons. Good luck for later🙂
