   I was very disappointed in the quality of my Christmas cards from Shutterfly this year. They were very streaky. Has anyone else had a problem?

  I had the cards come and the pictures wasn’t centered at all. They sent me new ones with 3 day shipping for free. Did you try calling them?

  My ornaments were very grainy and I used high resolution photos. I’m very disappointed this year. I just called customer service and it’s a 40 minute wait.

  I had the same problem with my ornaments and magnets. I called and was on hold for well over an hour. They replaced my items.which are supposed to arrive by Christmas eve but I still had to pay the tax for everything to be resent. Was a huge disappointment.
