It’s also worth remembering that your public library likely has a vast selection of audiobooks FREE to download from their website, and all you need is a library card. I’ve never paid for an audio book! My library allows me to download a Kindle version that ends up connecting to Amazon’s “library” portal.

New, hot bestsellers pop up on my library’s website within a week of release, and I can usually download it within a few weeks if there’s a wait list for it. There’s always good, older stuff available instantly without a wait too.
