I was wondering the same thing, Amber! I looked on Amazon and 43% give it 5 stars and 28% give it one star! Quite a difference! The bad reviews are that it contains shredded foam like pieces that can felt through the pillow, that is is cheaply made and does not hold its shape, leaving you with no support. I think I am going to pass for another H2S pillow deal. FYI, this is a good price since Amazon has them for $39 and $49.

This is the best pillow ever!!! It reminds me of one I had as a child. I will never buy a different one. I use the medium support and am a side sleeper. Hope this helps someone make a decision.
Karen I agree completely. I’m in LOVE with mine. It is exactly the same shredded foam pillow I had as a child, and I’ve missed it so much. The first time I slept on it, (and yes, I do smoosh it into the exact shape I need), I sighed with delight. I’m getting another one now!

Absolutely the worst pillows ever. I received 2 sets as housewarming gifts – used 2 and ended up tossing all of them. The 2 I used became so lumpy and fragmented and were impossible to sleep with.

Honestly, I would give them 3.75 stars out of 5. My husband thinks a little more highly of them than me, he says maybe 4.5/5
I have had mine for almost 4 years and it’s still great, holds up nicely. Easy to wash and I am a migraine sufferer and have neck problems and this has helped so much!
i was so pissed my bf got me this but i actually really love it.
the pillow doesn’t feel good when you squeeze it which is deceiving because it’s super great when your heads on it. doesn’t feel like it does when you squeeze it. 10/10 from a person who was buying over $100 pillows twice a year
I’ve been debating for about 6 months and finally bought one about a week ago. I’ve gone through so many different pillows. I love it. I bought the classic king in firm. I think I’m waking up a lot less through the night.
I always buy cheap pillows when they are on sale. I splurged and bought these. My husband and I both love them. I am going to buy three more for our three sons.

I love mine. I have the medium premium and love them. I also had the soft and didnt like those so much so i think you have to find the fill that is right for you!! Ive washed them several times and they come out like brand new❤ 5 stars from me
My husband doesn’t like this as much as the one he “made”. He cut up foam from a couch cushions and we sewed it together. His My pillow is his second favorite to it. I personally love Kohl’s memory foam side sleeper. I prefer a former pillow.
Same kohls pillow is our favorite too.
We purchased these pillows from Costco, I think they were $80 for two. Well worth the money at that price. It’s an even better deal for $20 each. The pillows are great for side sleepers if they go flat or become misshapen, just pop them in the dryer and they are good as new.

for me, these pillows were lumpy, crappy and cheaply made. gave me a neck and headache. didn’t offer any comfort or support. my 14 year old daughter didn’t like it either so we tossed it. It was a gift so I assumed very inexpensive based on quality, didn’t realize the cost was quite so high, hopefully where you purchase it has a return policy in case it doesn’t work for you
I think it really just depends on the person. My husband likes his, mine was ok for the first week then became separated. I now use it to support my knees and hips when I sleep 😂
