   I have the flutes, and I looked at the wine glasses in store. I personally wouldn’t call these “nice,” as in “I’m throwing a fancy dinner party, and I’m going to use these glasses.” I would, however, call these functional and practical for everyday use. At this price, you would not be heartbroken if you broke one or two glasses. If you are looking for glasses that are sturdy and get the job done at a reasonable price, these are perfect. However, of you are going for the fancy table setting, spend a few more bucks on another option. Just my two cents.

   I bought the large and small tumblers on Black Friday and have been very happy with them. They have basic, clean lines, thick walled…they are the work horse glasses with my large family. I was able to get them free after rebate on Black Friday, but I wouldn’t hesitate to pay $10 for them!

   So I bought the flutes for my cousins Christmas gift. Not only did Macy’s do a good job getting them to me not broken but my cousins son went to give it to her dropped the box down flat by her feet and NOT ONE BROKE!! I would have to agree these are more everyday pretty looking not fancy but definitely sturdy!
