Buyer BEWARE! I purchased these back in March for my 8 year old after they were posted on Hip2Save. They worked for maybe 6 months before the sound stopped working. Another reviewer recently mentioned that I should try contacting the company because of the warranty, so I did. Initially, they offered a 60% refund. When I mentioned their warranty, they then offered me an 80% refund. They claimed that they wouldn’t offer me a replacement because I didn’t pay that much for them ($11.99). We went back and forth more times than necessary, I think. So, be cautious of their warranty claims. My daughter also didn’t like how these headphones felt when she wore her glasses. I ended up buying her some CozyPhones for Christmas (to replace these ones) and she loves them. Those, I would highly recommend!
I bought these for my daughter to use at school. The sound stopped working about a week and a half after the one year warranty was up. She did really like them when she had them though, loved the colors and how comfortable they were.
