I bought this when they first went on sale at Christmas and the voice box on ours sometimes malfunctions and only will continuously play of you hold it. Also, the actual volume is very soft so my kids pulled it out of the plush so they can actually hear it. Otherwise you have to hold it to your ear to really hear it.
