   Probably not, but you can get stick-on felt pads, or create your own.

   Mine did not have padding on the back. I had some stick on Velcro laying around, so I put that on it. It is now going on four years of hanging damp clothes to dry. I have put a lot of weight on it, and have had no problems. No rusting, no warping and no holes in the door.
