   Buy this for the cookies (not the reward) – they are some of the best cookies I have ever had!

   The reward has a very limited amount of things it can be used on!

   i came to say the same thing — even if you try to use the reward on a full-priced item, if you also have any sale items in your cart, the reward doesn’t work. and reward can only be used when you pay full-priced shipping on your order.
   the cookies are delicious, though! mine have always come individually wrapped, so you can easily put them in Easter baskets or give to multiple teachers or whatever.

   Be careful with this … we ordered the Valentine’s Day cookie bouquet for $9.99 w $10 reward only to just now find out (ordered Jan 19th) that Cheryl’s ran out of the item. We were never contacted!!
   Customer service was very nice, but if we had not called to see what day they were going to ship due to our relative leaving town near the delivery date, we would have never known!! Also CS said this was a common occurrence with promos which I find less than acceptable as a business plan.
   The cookies are fantastic tho — good luck to all ordering, hope your experiences are better.

  Yikes! I ordered one and paid extra for delivery on Valentines Day. Will need to find out if the person will get it or not.
