They would not let me use the groupon voucher with the 20% off code. When i entered, it wiped out my $40 voucher credit.
I’ve heard these vouchers are hard to use. The reviews on groupon are not great. I almost bought one to the Popcorn Factory yesterday but decided against it.
With that said, my dad sends me and my siblings each Shari’s Berries 3-4 times a year, and they are fantastic. The extras like the cheesecake is amazing too. We’ve also had dipped oreos and truffles that were all wonderful. This family of hard-core chocolate lovers even all agreed that somehow the white chocolate strawberry with sprinkles was the best – better than the chocolate one with chocolate chips!
And their customer service is fantastic. With our Christmas order, we were all supposed to get a dozen berries and 4 truffles. Only my sister got truffles, my and my brother’s order was missing them, so Shari’s Berries- without being asked to- sent us another dozen berries along with the truffles to make it right.
I’ve had issues using Groupon online as well. I bought one for Jus cleanse before and was unable to use it. money wasted. I’d rather use them in-store. Thanks for letting me know that Sherry’s berries is delicious. I’ve been wanting to try them.
Great review! 😀. I agree with you about having a hard time using these Groupon vouchers. Anything in the family of companies like Cheryl’s are really, really hard to use. I have spent WAY too many hours of my life trying to redeem them—which tells me they probably hope we will give up and not redeem them.
Huge Issue with this and i did not save much at all!! So sad. I ended up buying because I will share these with the kids and give myself a valentine treat, but I will not buy one of these again. Shipping is spendy, and extra cost because I do not live in a bigger city.
I purchased one, and went through the process to get a refund. I was granted my refund, and thankfully didn’t waste my money. They had a fee for living in the middle of nowhere. It really wasn’t a savings.

I had zero issue with this! Bought the groupon with ebates (get .90 cents back) picked the birthday dipped chocolate Oreos for my brothers upcoming birthday next week for $29.98. Plus the cost of shipping which was like $12. The groupon took $40 off and I was only charged $2.98. So I essentially paid about $17 complete which I think is a stellar deal and I didn’t have to leave my couch or go to the post office! Thanks Hip2Save! Btw the coupon codes don’t work with groupon but I’d much rather save $25 than twenty percent. So keep that in mind when upset about a coupon. A groupon is a coupon! Can’t use two. I actually only like groupon occasionally but in this case it was super easy and I think I got a good value!

Bought the Groupon for $15, will get 6% back from ebates (.90cents). I found a dozen strawberry special (choc + nuts, etc coated) for $29.98, they added $14.99 + 3.99 + 3.30 in shipping, taxes, and rural handling (I’m not in a rural area). Total $52.26 so I pd $12.26 after the groupon but should get 15% back on it from topcashback. Total paid $27.26 for a dozen special delivered before cash back.
