Yes it does. However, we have found that it does not work on our carpet (it’s a little bit plush) – the brush will stop spinning. We called customer service and they told us it just won’t work on our carpet and we should take it back. Unfortunately we are out of the return window.
They all do, but this is being sold on eBay, so who knows what you’d get. Doesn’t really matter now because it’s sold out!
