I tried using the $5 freecash from texting LOVE this week and it said it was already used. I had texted POLAR a few weeks ago and it is the same coupon as the one this week even though it looked like a new offer. Why would they use the same coupon with different phrases over a long time period. Stupid!
I’ve had the same problem. One of the offers I received was out of the blue, I didn’t text anything to request it and even that one said it had been used. Very frustrating.
I had the same problem. I tried to use it in the store, and they told me it was already used, even though it was a separate text offer. So frustrating to drive all that way and not be able to use it!
We went sears last week to use our points and coupons we got from text offer and After trying so many time it still says USED.

How long does it take to receive the free cash after sending the text ? I can’t seem to find any offer in my account, checked under free cash and coupons. Is a link to the free cash sent via text as I didn’t receive one.
