I had this couch and it was TERRIBLE. It broke down so fast, we sold it on Craigslist for like $80 a year later. Now I see them all the time on fb and Craigslist for cheap, I can only assume for the same reason.

I have this same model (had a different name when I bought it) and I don’t recommend it as a sofa that gets daily use. It doesn’t hold up well. The cushions constantly slide out, the microfiber material wears badly and shows water stains. We don’t have pets, wear shoes in the house, or eat in the living room and our sofa started looking really bad after a short time. Also the cushions have no support and you can feel the frame as you sit.

I agree! These are horrible! They sag and look all worn out rather quickly. Not attractive at all… I do not recommend purchasing.
Terrible quality. Cushions dont stay on. Uncomfortable. Can feel frame when sitting. Save your money! We ditched them 10 months later.
you can go to big lots and get something of a way better quality for the same price. they are really cheaply made !
As a suggestion to anyone looking for furniture please look at your small family owned and operated furniture stores. They tend to have less overhead and work really hard to stay successful and to keep their doors open. They will appreciate everyone’s business and will go out of their way to keep you happy. Again, they tend to have much less overhead and therefore are able to charge less than the bigger retailers like Ashley Home Store. better quality stuff for a good price. At least that’s how we operate at our small family owned and operated furniture store.
I will never purchase from Ashely furniture again! Horrible customer service! We bought a couch set several years ago and they talked us into $150 5 yr insurance (we’ll replace it…yada yada). Well our couch wore a hole in the cushion in 1 year, but they wouldn’t even replace the cushion because it was wear and tear, not accidental. Grrrrr! Their furniture is cheap cheap! I would rather pay more for better quality that will last more than a year!
I had a very similar couch to these and LOVED it — then I bought these ones last year, and they’ve been awful :-(. The cushions slide off ALL the time and I’m sad I got rid of my ten year old ones!
