High Value $3/1 Blue Rhino Propane Tank Coupon
Hop on over to Coupons.com and print a new $3/1 Blue Rhino Ready-to-Grill Propane Tank coupon – valid with or without exchanging an empty tank! This coupon has a limit of 2 identical coupons in the same shopping trip and expires on 3/31.
Even better, there is currently a $3 Mail-In Rebate available on Walgreens.com! The form does not appear to be store specific so you should be able to use it at any participating distributor. Your purchase must be made by 12/31/19 and submitted by 1/31/20 – limit 1 per household, per calendar year.
Print this coupon and rebate form now so you’ll have them to combine with any upcoming sales you may see on Blue Rhino propane!
Does anyone ever see these go on sale? At BJs wholesale warehouse maybe?? Thank you
I have seen these on sale at Walmart and my food lion stores.
Thanks so much
I wanna know, too, if HD will take coupon for this. Or Lowes. I’ve used coupons at Lowes in the past, but only for cleaning supplies.
I’m out running errands for work and stopped by food lion and they have the propane for $16.99 in my area in Maryland. I would call Lowe’s and Home Depot to see cause all stores seem to have different policies.
Thanks so much for the helpful comment, Juma! Good to know!
GREAT question! I just called in to my Home Depot and they will take coupons, however they do not have this brand available in store. Be sure to call in to your location before heading out. Hope that helps!
Blue Rhino only fills their tanks to 15 lbs (a propane tank holds 20 lbs). It is generally a better deal to take your empty tank to a dealer that fills your tank on site (and to the full 20 lbs).
This tank exchange is perfect when your empty tank is too old to be refilled. These tanks have expiration dates. This tank exchange program allows you to get a new tank which you then can take to a propane refilling station to get a full tank. So when you are getting a Blue Rhino tank look for a newer tank that you can refill on your own for several years.
Your comment is a little off. Propane bottles can only be filled to 80% of their capacity to allow for expansion within the tank. No filling station is going to fill to 100% because it would be extremely dangerous to do so.
PERFECT TIMING! I received a 40% off coupon in my inbox for CVS and was planning to use it to exchange our propane tank. I’m excited I saw it before I settled for only 40% off. THANK YOU!
You’re welcome Karla!
We like to take our tanks to our propane dealer when they offer their $10 refill charity fundraisers. We live in a small town and this company is locally owned and operated, but it may be worth calling and questioning if your local dealer offers something similar.
There’s also a $3 rebate available. I can only find it on this Walgreens site but not limited to purchase at Walgreens

Great find Michelle! Thank you for sharing, I’m adding it to the post!
Can’t find the coupon any more
Hi Deb! Unfortunately, it looks like this coupon is no longer available. I just expired the post.
