I love the circle!! I can limit what my kids can access and for how long. I can also shut the internet off with the touch of a button. Just FYI though it will not work with Xfinity routers, they have too strong of a firewall.
I have 3 teenagers. Best decision I ever made. No more arguing about when their Internet time is up. No more worrying about the websites they are on. You choose what they are able to view and limit time.
My 4 teens HATE the circle, so you know it works great!! In all seriousness, this gives the kids limits, bedtimes and filters. I’ve had it for years and LOVE it! I can’t recommend it highly enough. I like that the kids aren’t up all hours of the night on their phones or computers and it teaches them to use their time online wisely. Another cool feature is that you can get a notification on your phone when a new device joins your network. If I’m at work and someone has a boyfriend over, I know it.
I’ve tried quite a few parental controls over the years and the Circle is by far the best one!

This is one of the best things my husband & I have purchased for our family! I bought it before my kids really explored the internet/apps or had personal devices…so when given those devices, they only know the internet through Circle. I also add a guest user for friends who visit…if they use our WiFi (which they typically do) they get the same filters as my kids! We restrict the time and what they access with Circle. You can also look at the history of sites visited and restrict certain sites. They still charge devices in our room every night. This little device is awesome!

There is a subscription – Circle Go – that is $4.99 a month to extend all the filters on your WiFi to devices that have data plans. We have had the box for years for my kids – as they only had WiFi enabled devices, so no subscription needed. They got phones for Christmas so now I use the box at home when they are connected to our WiFi and subscribe to CircleGo (subscription needed) to extend everything we put in place through the box to their phones when they use data. It is seamless and easy and soooooo WORTH THE MONEY!!!

Can anyone tell me if you can turn off the internet to only certain devices at certain times or is it for the entire house? Including adults?
You can control each device separately. I love it. I’ve used it for a year. So much flexibility.
We bought the Circle about 3 weeks ago when there was another deal on it and we LOVE it. We did have some problems getting it to work properly at first and almost returned the device, but my husband was able to do some research online, try a few different tweaks over a few days to work out the kinks and we’ve had no problems since. Limiting screen time and time on certain apps has been such a huge help in solving the electronics battles in our house.
Just got one. So thank you so much! Im not even going to tell my kids We have it and just tell them like always to unplug at bedtime and this time actually see who has been honest!
