I bought this one a few months ago and love it! I have awful anxiety and I find it so calming. I sleep harder with less tossing and turning. I bought this weighted blanket the last time it was Zulily and I don’t have any issues with the weight shifting. I love it.
If you sleep in a cool room and get the correct weight it should be ok. I find that just using it and no other blankets works perfect. I am a hot sleeper too.
